1. What ingredients are used on Eco Towel?
Eco Towel is made 100% with cotton, and pre-moistened with refined-water. Glycerin will help keep the moisture on your skin. Benzalkonium Chloride is added as a sterilizer and cleanser.
2. What is the shelf life of an unopened pack of Eco Towel?
The recommended time of usage is within 1 year from the production date printed on the package.
3. How long does it take for a custom package order to arrive?
Custom package orders require about 4 to 6 weeks. First, you can simply send us your logo, so we can do the design and layout work. Mock-up samples will be delivered to you within the next 10 days. Upon your approval of the sample, it will take 3 to 4 weeks for the delivery of your order.
4. Can you put pictures on the package?
Yes. Simply send us the picture you like, and we will print it on the package.
5. Is there a minimum order?
Yes. There is a minimum order of 5,000 pieces.
6. Are there different sizes of towels available?
Yes. Any size is available upon your request. Packages are also available in a zipper bag style.
7. Can you put two towels in one package?
